Our Copyright Policy

Coco Links respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on https://cocolinks.in infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Coco Links, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices missing required elements may be rejected without action. We will not act on vague or unsubstantiated claims.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a complete DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the disputed material expeditiously
  • Notify the contributor (if any) of the takedown and provide a copy of the notice
  • Inform repeat infringers that their access may be terminated

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its previous URL
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Coco Links may be found)

Repeat Infringers

Coco Links maintains a policy of terminating access for users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misuse

Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claims are accurate and that you have the right to make them before submitting a notice.
